Integrated Smart Technologies Syria is the Syrian arm of the group, the independent, privately owned systems integrator founded in Muscat in 2010 — with roots reaching back to 1980s Oregon. The group works across Oman, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, China and Hong Kong, and now opens in Syria from Damascus.
What systems integration means in practice
- We study the site and the need before proposing any product, and produce a design document and specification that can go out to tender.
- Supply, installation, programming, calibration and commissioning are done by our own team, not a subcontractor.
- We hand over as-built drawings, Arabic operating manuals and a recommended spare-parts list.
- We stay accountable for how the whole system performs, not just the boxes we supplied.
