We design, deliver and operate the communications, control, energy and security systems that Syria's rebuilding institutions depend on — backed by a group that has been doing this across Oman and the Gulf since 2010.
الشركة المتكاملة للتقنيات الذكية — سوريا · Simplifying corporate technologies
Integrated Smart Technologies Syria is the Syrian arm of the group — the independent, privately owned systems integrator founded in Muscat in 2010 and now working across Oman, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, China and Hong Kong.
We build technically advanced systems that stay economical and can be run and maintained by a local team. A system nobody on site can operate is not a system.
Every project includes training the local team and Arabic system documentation. The goal is a client who no longer needs their contractor.
The same 555 Promise we honour in Oman applies here: five years of warranty, five years of free support, five years of free training.
We have organised the group's capabilities around what Syrian institutions actually need at this stage.
Chambers and ministries: digital discussion and voting, simultaneous interpretation, session records, public broadcast.
Datacentre and network design and delivery, including the compute infrastructure AI workloads require.
Solar generation, storage and efficiency systems for buildings and critical facilities that cannot afford an outage.
Surveillance, access control and operations rooms, alongside protection for the digital assets of government bodies and critical facilities.
Interactive teaching rooms, streaming and content systems, and remote medicine and learning to stretch scarce specialist staff.
Building automation, IoT and operational dashboards that show decision-makers what is actually happening on the ground.
Designing, supplying and installing integrated AV and conferencing built for a specific room, not for a catalogue.
Software systems, dashboards and business intelligence that put live data in front of decision-makers.
Electronic product design from concept through prototyping to production.
Protecting premises and digital assets with surveillance, access control and cyber defence.
Connected smart buildings and facilities, centrally managed and cheaper to run.
Intelligent systems that raise efficiency across manufacturing, logistics and healthcare.
Aerial survey, monitoring and mapping — core tools for damage assessment and tracking reconstruction progress.
Generation, storage and recycling technologies that address supply interruption and cut fuel dependence.
On-site and online training for local teams, plus an Arabic-language support desk.
A site visit with real measurements, interviews with the people who will use the room, and a written record of the power, network and space constraints.
Output: survey reportA design document with drawings and vendor-neutral specifications you can put out to tender, justifying each choice alongside its cheaper alternative.
Output: design and spec packLine-by-line pricing that separates equipment from works from support, and states explicitly what is out of scope.
Output: priced proposalDirect purchasing from manufacturers through the group offices in Türkiye, China and Hong Kong, with a recommended spare-parts holding shipped as part of the project.
Output: delivery scheduleDelivered by our own crew under engineering supervision, with control programming and AV calibration done on site rather than at a desk.
Output: installed, programmed systemDocumented acceptance testing with the client present, plus as-built drawings and Arabic operating manuals.
Output: handover record and manualsTraining the local team at handover and whenever the team changes, plus five years of technical support through a ticket system.
Output: the 555 PromiseCouncil chambers, voting and interpretation, session records, operations rooms, and dashboards for tracking institutional performance.
Control and monitoring rooms, communications for remote sites, industrial networks, and safety and security for critical facilities.
Interactive classrooms and lecture theatres, lecture capture and streaming, computer labs, and remote-learning platforms.
Operating theatres with streaming and recording, telemedicine, nurse-call systems, and reliable networks for medical information systems.
Command and control centres, secure communications, perimeter surveillance, and UAV survey capability.
Datacentres, cyber security and data protection, and surveillance and access control for branches and vaults.
Smart meeting rooms, office networks, building automation, and content-sharing and collaboration systems.
Digital signage, distributed audio, conference facilities, and lighting and HVAC automation to cut running costs.
A strategic training initiative led by Integrated Smart Technologies Syria to build and empower national talent in artificial intelligence and data science, starting in Damascus.
A foundation track from Python and applied statistics through to building a complete machine-learning model on real data.
Image and video processing and automated analysis, applied directly to surveillance systems, aerial survey and damage assessment.
Building the databases, pipelines and dashboards government bodies rely on to track their own performance.
One promise, three matching numbers — applied in Syria exactly as it has been applied in Oman for years.
A full five-year warranty covering products and installation, so the investment is protected.
Five years of technical response at no extra cost, through a local team and a ticket system.
Regular, free training for the local team that keeps pace with system changes and staff turnover, so operation continues at full efficiency without interruption.
These are parent-group projects and partnerships in Oman and the Gulf. Syrian projects will be added as they are completed.
Tell us about your facility and the system you want to put in, and our specialists will come back with an initial study and a full preliminary cost estimate.
